Now that we’re in the full swing of 2013 and back to the five-day workweek, we all have time to focus on what’s ahead for this year. Intel has released an infographic taking a detailed look at something that most everybody does at the beginning of January: the New Year’s Resolution.
Using the expertise of psychologist Gledeana McMahon, this infographic shows the many phases of the New Year’s Resolution maker and the results were pretty phenomenal, including the fact that 22 percent of people actually break their resolution in the first week of the year!
I can see how that is, since I work out in one form or another on almost a daily basis and the gym was a lot more crowded than usual, at least for the first week of 2013. There are so many other facts and statistics that can be found about New Year’s Resolutions on this infographic from Intel.
After reading this, you might be wondering what my New Year’s Resolution is. Well, you’ll have to wait until January 30 to find that out since I’ll be listing my resolutions on the PCG Digital Marketing Facebook page, which is a campaign that we’ve been doing since 2013 started.
It’s been fun seeing what all of my coworkers’ aspirations and goals are for the new year. Are you still on track with your New Year’s Resolution?
